I contacted Janessa , by phone , and asked her to cancel my insurance for my car. She said I had to text her back , so that she had it in writing. So I text her back, at the same number, as she did not specify another number, and cancelled my insurance that day, Nov. 28. I get a notified that money had been deducted from my account for insurance for December. It was too early to contact Janessa, so I called the 1 800 number and explained what happened. They said , no problem, they would cancel my insurance effective Nov. 28.th and reimburse me for Decembers payment. Later, Janessa got back to me and told me I did not text her cell phone because she never got a text from me. I told her , yes I did text at the number I had called her at. She said she can’t get texts at that number, but would cancel my insurance effective that day I December and I would not be billed for January! WTH? That’s the best she could do? I told her not to worry, I had already taken care of it through the 1800 number and I was not impressed with her. Not doing anymore car insurance through her.
