Signed with Pam in 2019 and did a refinance this year 2020 with Cindy both were professional, everything went OK, and the staff was very nice. There are always issues that can come up at closing, and our refinance had issues, but it was all on our lender not having docs not perfect, but Cindy was awesome got it worked out and we had time to wait. I would recommend Title Security of Oro Valley to anyone looking for a professional experience, which is exactly what we had both times going there.

I used the office on La Canada. I really wish all title companies were this good and responsive. I’ve bought several homes over the years and never had such a great response time from Stacy and her employees. They were always very pleasant and helpful and followed up with lenders and agents diligently to close early!

In general mortgage title insurance is a scam. They almost never have to pay out and keep more that 90% of your money, whereas normal insurance companies seldom retain more than 20%.

That’s bad enough, but this office is horrible. First, they are careless. The agent didn’t bother to actually confirm my mailing address and was sending documents to the wrong address. Once I received the documents, I found that they had made a number of errors, such as putting the wrong city on the address incorrect and misspelling my name.
Additionally, the agent was brusque on the phone. Her attitude seemed to imply that she was the customer not me.

These people are being paid for a service that they don’t provide and have a poor attitude about it. I will never use them again.

I’ve had the opportunity to move around the country for the past 35 years, and therefore bought and sold numerous homes along the way. With that, I’ve been to literally dozens of closings to include three in the Tucson area since I’ve retired. Actually this makes four. Anyway, this title company by far was the best of any of them! Accurate estimates, no surprises at closing or hidden “gotcha fees and timely. I like that!! Also, very friendly and professional staff to include the processor and receptionist. I like that too. There are so many title companies to choose from, some maybe cheaper, others probably more expensive, but none that have their act together like this office. Wish I could take the credit for deciding to use them, the buyers made the decision for us. Thank you!

Probably the worst title agency I have dealt with. They never return their calls. Could be because of COVID, but at no point was there an effort to apologize or offer an explanation.

I have bought and sold plenty of houses as I am a real estate investor and this is by far the most unprofessional agency I have worked with.
