Ford insurance has an amazing staff, They are always friendly and eager to help and more knowledgeable than any other company i’ve ever been with. When calling in a claim would normally be bothersome. My agent Karen Mitchell has always made The experience easy and pleasant. I am not even from saint cloud, But I will always give my business to them and refer any of my friends and relatives to them as well. I wish more businesses had a staff as wonderful as theirs.
