This place was so horrible to come to and I would not recommend coming here because of the customer service. One of the employees were extremely rude and rudely interrupted me when I was trying to ask a simple question, then continued to raise her voice and not let me finish my question. Then proceeded to tell me I could just leave and find another insurance to go to. Really disappointed because we wasted our time here . :/

What a joke. This place tries to put used parts on people’s cars to repair them. This company is located in a Las Cardenas meat market. Need I say more? The adjuster tried to immediately say that I wasn’t hit that hard and that their was barely any damage on the truck that hit me before he even saw the pictures of the other truck. He shut up after I sent him pictures of the other parties truck that hit me while I was parked. I wasn’t even in my truck when it was hit, I was standing on the side of it about 15 ft away. And the adjuster immediately tried to say that there was no way that I was hit hard enough to be moved forward into the car parked in front of me when I saw the entire accident and he wasn’t even there. The adjuster did not speak good english and did not know how to use correct wording. I had to correct him on the same sentence around 10 times. This company needs to go out of business. They deserve less than 1 star.
