Some dumbass on the phone kept saying they would email my insurance card over but they never did. I STILL don’t have my insurance card. I don’t think they knew how to do their job, frankly I think they should get fired!!

Horrible customer service don’t waste your time to even try to get car insurance there I got into a car accident I wasn’t at fault the person that hit my car was at fault I call this insurance they do answer phone call , I call again over and over I have to drive my car break like that to get there at the young American insurance waste of time waste of money I said I will help me never help still charge me money every month and my car broke down they still taking money on my account for insurance I’m so mad and regret I choose this insurance on first place please people don’t go there don’t waste your time and your money I wish I could rate them 0 percent 0 customer service no communication they never call me to check up on my car the adjuster never call me , and every month they took money on my account for the insurance and my car broke still . I have proof here my car broke down and the insurance company told me adjuster will call the investigators never call me and yet still they take money every month on my bank for insurance.

My vehicle was at the body shop for complete 2 month, non Chanlant attitude from the supplement department. They couldn’t fix my car at the end. I was frustrated, I had to go fix my car myself

I’ve had them for over 5 years and have only needed their help 2 times since I’ve had them. On those times they have been super unprofessional. They don’t send you your insurance card in the mail like they say they will and then you switch to paperless to supposedly fix that problem and that doesn’t work. They changed policies about automatic payment and they don’t even let you know so when you get charged they charge you twice your payment due to not having discount for their new policy. You ask for help they can’t because there’s never a manager and when you talk to manager at this location named tony he talks over you and refuses to help. They also won’t give you corporate number to find help. Please someone contact me to resolve this or I will have no choice but to terminate my account
