Working with Erica was a blast. She made the entire experience very pleasurable and uncomplicated. I usually don’t enjoy working over the phone with most representatives, but this experience was amazing. She answered all my questions, gave me best pricing she could possibly give me and when it didn’t work, she came back with something better. I’ve met some nice people on the phone and this is definitely one of them. After having a conversation, you’ll definitely want up do business.

This review is for exceptional customer service. I called the Oceanside office several times to seek help with a simple change. Every time I called I kept getting disconnected or immediately transferred with out warning or acknowledgement that I was being transferred. After being on hold and transferred I was then disconnected. When this representative answered my call I didn’t even have to express my frustration. She just took care of my request and answered my questions. My call with her was less then 10 minutes and she never once try to rush me off or transfer me. She was respectful and kind. I’m glad I was helped by Roxanne Lopez. Roxanne did above and beyond her job to help me. I will be continuing business with her and her office in San Marcos. Highly recommend choosing this office over any other office to work with. Thank you Roxanne for all your help today.

I appreciate representatives like Erica Windham. Thank you for going above and beyond and making me feel valued. You are someone that should be acknowledged for your patients and caring for your clients. I was thinking about switching my insurance company because of an issue I was having because of a mistake made by one of the employees. After calling over and over to get this fixed, I finally got Erica. I can’t express enough on how she took the responsibility for what someone else did and made it right. I know she probably got sick of me calling but she never gave me that expression, she just assured me that I would be taken care of and she made me feel valued and she kept in touch to make sure things were being done to clear up the mess someone else started. This location has to be the best locations around. I had the pleasure to work with a few employees at this location, Erica was really the main one that helped her demeanor is impeccable, but because I work I had to keep calling in so roxanna was amazing she stepped in well for Erica when she was on the other line, and Nancy got my proof of insurance card for me when I came in and cori even gave a follow up call during the process. Whole team did an amazing and I’m glad I’m now insured with them.
