Freeway Insurance Customer Reviews:
Around 5:00 p.m. Miss Valessy very kindly assisted us and to be able to do the process she asked me for an ID which I gave her, the process was quite long, finally I managed to get my car insurance and as soon as I was given the documents I let the lady know that my last name was completely misspelled, After this she tried to send me the contract by email and it was not possible because they had internet failures, to which I let her know that I did not intend to sign a contract that did not have my last name spelled correctly, and that I needed a new insurance card with my name, since it did not match any of my documents. Despite my refusals, the lady made me sign the document and promised to send me the insurance card and the new contracts to sign on Monday.
The following week Wednesday arrived and I still had not received any mail with the new contract with my name spelled correctly, so I decided to call them. The first person told me that it was not possible to do it, the second one told me that in the next 48hrs I would receive the mail with all the documents.
Two weeks later, I am still waiting for the documents and no one has solved the problem. It literally looks like the person who took out the insurance for my car was not me.
I wonder, what is the point of asking for the document to make sure of the person’s identity, if in the end they are going to end up spelling the name wrong.
Very bad follow up of the process, no one has called me to know if I have received my new documents, but the money is being collected very punctually.
