Alpharetta, Georgia in 2017. I was always very happy with State Farm and my agents, but the fantastic service I’ve received from the Garrett Schafer agency here in Alpharetta – particularly my agent there Caitie Yoes is exceptional. I’ve had to change my move date a couple of times, requiring my calling Caitie to change the dates of the cancellation at my old apartment and start coverage at my new apartment. Caitie was wonderful handling things for me and always very happy to accommodate my needs. This agency is the best!!!

Although I worked with the State Farm claims department, Katie Reed from Garrett’s team got involved and helped expedite the payoff, convert my coverage to the new vehicle I bought and sent me temporary ID cards while the permanent cards were being processed. I reached out to Caitie in Garrett’s office to get some new insurance quotes for my real estate properties in TN.
