I randomly received a quote for insurance but had no plans to change because I was happy with my current agent but then. Little did I know within 48 hours my previous agent staff had an error in our insurance and it was getting cancelled by the end of the night, which was a Friday. When I called I was told they can’t do anything until Monday but I wouldn’t have insurance coverage. I called back Gary’s office and Melanie initiated my insurance coverage. I went and signed my paperwork and was covered immediately. It all was fate. My old agent called me to tell me the error and they could get me reinstated and I told them that I got coverage through State Farm with Gary Bogunia. I’ve never regretted my move to State Farm and Gary. Melanie and Lisa have been wonderful to work with. Always accommodating and patient. If you want an agent who will do what is best for you, then Gary and his team is the one you should choose.

My family has used Gary for decades and I’ve continued that tradition. Any time we’ve needed something, its gotten done. I’ve never shopped for lower rates because when I call, it’s not an 800 number with a bunch of prompts, a person answers the phone! Not only does a person answer but I know them and they know me. Gary handles all my insurance and we’ve recently added multiple business policies and Gary has bent over backwards to accommodate any and all requests. Can’t go wrong with him and his staff!
