very very rude! they are a small unprofessional family owned business. When I asked to speak with the manager the daughter told me her mom is the owner and she is way ruder than her, as if that was ok to say? they act like trailer trash.. highly do not recommend!

I got no call nor email about them canceling my insurance policy. I did autopay went and got my car plates, stickers, and all of that under this garbage insurance company.

I then get in the mail from a Florida DMV today saying that they will be suspending my license on the 9th of August. Then I see another review of this saying something similar of what I am going through. AVOID THIS “CAR INSURANCE” AT ALL COSTS!!!

Scammers! The collect your bank information for auto pay and then you received a notice for FLHSMV saying your policy has been canceled. They will claim they never collected it yet it has to be used for the first 2 payment

Need more companies like Gator for customer service as it use to be and go get their help U WILL BE A FOREVER CUSTOMER AND TELL THEM I SENT YOU. I was not insured with them long. They found a insurer for me with a good price. I gave them my card information to make my payment. My payment was successful. The following month comes and I’m told that my policy has been canceled because the insurer tried to get payment and couldn’t. I don’t understand how when my account was looking great with the stimulus sitting in it. Then they also tell me to let them know when my license gets reinstated. My license was never suspended. I had to show proof that it was still active. It’s very disorganized and now I’m out of auto policy!
