Horrible experience. Used this org for a long time. I am older, and I have never had a problem cancelling an auto policy before. Refused to cancel my policy as requested. Ive sent so many emails asking to cancel as requested and just kept getting the run around. Kelly was responsive but didnt seem to “get it.” Just cancel my policy as I requested. Stop replying with emails/suggestions/etc. I will never do business with this agency ever again.
