They were great when I first started with them a few years ago, but this past year has been horrible. Not really their fault with Grange insurance having issues, but I never got clear answers why one month my bill would be one amount then the next be different. In August my new policy went up quite a bit, so I called and all they could tell me was call the billing center. Like really they couldn’t give me answer on why it went up an extra $20 a month??? So I got my new agent to send out my cancellation papers to change insurance companies a few day after that, but somehow yesterday my bank account got charged for that policy. So again I called to see why I got charged, she gave me an excuse saying “they didn’t get it until this morning” and also she was saying rude and ignorant remarks about my new agent blaming the whole situation all on her. Also when I called Grange insurance Billing today they told me it STILL has not been canceled!!! After that I’m definitely done with them and I wouldn’t suggest using them. You don’t get answers when you need them or they come up with excuses.
