abundant serenity

We typically don’t write reviews however the way Ms Sable Rivers treated my wife and I is unacceptable. In this review we will express our dissatisfaction with a recent customer service interaction we had with Sable Rivers. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory.

During our communication, Ms. Rivers appeared preoccupied and was notably abrupt and rude in her responses. Regrettably, she did not seem willing to discuss our insurance situation, leaving us with a negative impression of your company. Moreover, she repeatedly stated that she was not the appropriate person to address our concerns.

This encounter has left us with reservations about continuing our business relationship with your company. We believe it is imperative for Ms. Rivers to undergo additional training in client communication to ensure a more positive representation of your organization.
