Very difficult to have a relationship with and the staff is a revolving door….CONSTANTLY! Every time I call it’s a different person. Updated review: Today, 6/20 I attempted to call in order to make a policy change and was told…”they are all out to lunch”. Surprised to find there’s not full coverage during business hours when this agent services policies across multiple time zones.
