DO NOT SIGN UP WITH HELLO COVERED!!! I have called hello covered multiple times(4 as of recently) and left messages for whoever is my agent is at the present time, bc that changes all the time also. I NEVER received calls back. I need to cancel policies bc I have bought a new home out of state(and have left messages saying so). These policies start on 8/30/24 and started calling on 8/26/24 with no return calls.
My sister had the same problem last month when she needed to change her policies bc her home sold and she moved out of state.
This is very frustrating when you are trying to pack bc you are leaving in a week and no one will answer. I have MANY other things I need to be doing and need to talk with someone so that I am not paying 2 agencies for my home(which will be sold on 8/30), my car and my RV.
DO NOT USED HELLO COVERED!!!

Recently our insurance company notified us that our vehicle rates would be going up – not related to poor driving, just because. We decided to shop around and see if we could find better rates elsewhere. We filled out a quote request online with America First Insurance Group. A few days later we received a phone call from Tia Nelson, an Insurance Agent. Tia was professional, friendly and made the entire process easy. Tia took the time to go over our current policy and the quote, line by line to compare coverage and patiently answered all of our questions.We received a much better rate on our home and auto policies as well as better coverage. We are blessed to have an agent like Tia on our side!

The rates were the best we could find and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend having them help you find the best insurance that fits your needs. Brendan took care of mine and he was amazing!

DON’T GO WITH THEM!! They’ll give you wrong information so that way you hire their service and they tell lies to the insurance companies so that way can quote an economic amount. In my case they gave me a quote of only $600 in 6 months which was better than any other Insurance because so had crash at May 2023, but what they really did is that they told progressive that my crash that I had in May 2023 was not my fault so they could revoke it and obviously They gave me an extremely different rate than other places but I never asked them to lie and that’s how they convinced me to stay with them. In the end, Progressive obviously reviewed it after 3 weeks and saw that it was my fault and increased the payment to another $673 more and charged me the following month. I called Hello Covered and they told me lies 🤥 again and never explained me the truth. So I rather call progressive directly and they told me about the May crash and then I realized how they lied to progressive and me. Today another increase of $158 appeared because I did not register for their Snapshoot program which nobody communicated that to me and I have already lost that discount as well. Hello Covered won’t take any responsibility of their lack of communication and wrong info. In conclusion, hello covered gave me a quote of $626 Dlls for 6 months. and I ended up paying $1,457 DON’T GO WITH THEM!!
