NetCenergy has been with Hilb Group since they were Cornerstone. For over ten years their service has been consistently first class. Our assigned representatives are efficient, responsive and understand our needs. In 2017 when the Hilb Group acquired Cornerstone I was fully expecting a loss of performance as the new, larger company merged with the always responsive Cornerstone. In fact, I put my HR Director on notice to let me know as soon as we saw a reduction in our service level. It never happened. I highly recommend this group to any organization who prefers to assign this important role to an experienced, qualified team and focus on their mission.

This company is beyond belief! They overcharge you at least 5 times over other companies , they charge you a new amount that the agent made a mistake quoting and don’t notify you however tried but used my incorrect email address the insurance companies ERROR by the way as they had my new email! I had no idea of a new fee so they just cancelled my insurance. That makes them happy! They claim I should have called them to check periodically they made a mistake huh ! ?! They put it on me! What! They told me there is no customer service or working with a customer anymore at their company because they are too big and basically don’t care! They want it to be self service! They never answer the phone but leave right at the end of their shift every day! It you want to be overcharged , pathetic customer
Service and overall insurance fraud and lack or service this is the place to go! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people! There are so many other company’s that care about their business and being fair with their rates and customers ! Run from this group! They should be reported to the BBB! Horrible experience! Never again they should learn to treat others like they would want to be treated!

They are nice but incompetent and their staff don’t follow up. I had them for 6 years for 4 policies (home, vacation home, two cars), all of which they set up with Hanover. Three were on autopay; one was not. They did not set up the fourth on autopay for some reason, and when a $70 payment went by without my awareness, the home policy was cancelled. 30 days lapsed and now I can’t get it reinstated or get a new one. The agency should have made me aware of this issue, and should have been more helpful. Instead their agents did not respond to emails promptly. Eventually I got to a manager who was very friendly and helpful, but the main staff are incompetent. They sent me to a company that didnt care that I had paid on time for 6 years, and wouldnt even consider being flexible. I can’t recommend them.

Just got a substantial business owner policy increase from Vermont mutual. I’ve been trying to reach HILB group for nearly 2 months to review my policy and make some reductions. Continuously leaving my phone number with a promise for a callback. They never call back. Extremely poor customer service. Looking for a new agent.

I signed up with Jim Soucy for a Medigap plan back in 2016. This is when I didn’t know nuthin about nuthin. He was patient and explained all the plans including Advantage plans. Since then, his group has been equally responsive. I highly recommend.
