Mark and his team did a spectacular job at helping my family obtain better and more cost effective car/auto insurance from one of the insurance companies they broker for. With our hectic schedule, we couldn’t get into his offices, so Mark helped me with application and documentation all through email/online. So far, the process to switch has been smooth. I don’t have experience on filing claims through the insurance company Mark set me up with so I can’t speak to that at this time.
