Hub has been my insurance company for many years, and Allison Case was my agent for the past 10 years. I was very sorry when Troy moved on but Allison has proven to be just as capable and helpful. Not only has she written policies and helped me with with my personal insurance needs, but she’s always answered questions I had about friends and family, and taken my referrals. She usually has had an answer for me within an hour or two when I email her. I think that HUB has a great system for providing reliable insurance, and that their agent training must be exemplary to make their customers feel so welcome to get advice and find the right insurance for their needs

I contacted her about a towing charge which you promptly took care of. But she also looked at my home insurance and ended up saving me almost $1000 dollars. She has a great personality but also is ver knowledgeable.
