We have been with Hubbard for 17 years, and have found them to always be helpful, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable…..all the things you want from an insurance broker. Lori has been exceptional. We are moving to another state, and they have even helped us with that process. If we could take them with us, or should I say stay with them despite moving to a non-contiguous state in which they are not licensed, we would. I would recommend them without reservation.

I had been with Hubbard Insurance for over two decades. When I called to request a better rate for my auto insurance I was told they would check and call me back. They never returned my call. Finally I spoke to Mike and he told me they were just too busy to get back to me as they had other clients that needed their attention. Obviously, since they were too busy, I shopped around and received a much lower rate for both my auto and home insurance. Mike always seemed to care about his clients but I guess he currently doesn’t see the need to foster positive relationships with is clients. I would be hard pressed to recommend Hubbard Insurance to anyone who needs quality customer service.
