I worked for Carla Ibarra for almost 4 years, and I was underpaid but since I really want to help her grow her business, I stayed. However, I had to leave because I am the one who’s running the business for her and even make decisions for her but if something don’t work out, she will blame it to me or her staff. I have received a lot of negative from her clients because this agent will be so hard to get a hold off after signing you up. You will have a hard time asking for help when you need it the most.

She doesn’t care genuinely for her clients, I had to get out of my way to make her realize how important it is to have urgency when it comes to assisting her clients. I EVEN HAD TO FORCE HER MAKE A PHONE CALL BECAUSE EVEN GIVING HER CONDOLECES WILL HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED. She also doesn’t want to deal with clients if she won’t profit a lot from them unless they’re her friends, she will help them of course.

If she thinks that a client is loyal, kind and understanding, she pushes their appointments sometimes even for months even if the client is already stressed with their situation!! She is always not in the mood for an appointment and always trying to push hard concerns, she is not knowledgeable with the processes as well. She will have her staff to learn even how to get a license in a state for her just so she won’t have to do it herself,

She wants our staff to even discuss quotation which is illegal because they are not licensed which I already told her millions of times, but she is under the impression that when she pays people, they need to do whatever she wants.

I have been so patient and passionate about working for Carla’s business, but she doesn’t value people even her clients.

I’ve been working with Carla for years. She helped make my transition into Medicare smooth and simple. I was extremely confused and frustrated trying to figure it out on my own. She helped me feel completely comfortable in my choice. I walked away happy and felt secure in my decision. She also has a very caring side. She contacts me every year to inform me of any changes in the plans and to make sure I am on the best plan suited for me. She also contacted me during COVID and offered her services to pick up prescriptions for me or go grocery shopping. She goes way above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I am so grateful to her and am happy to have her as my agent.. 😊

DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. Carla Ibarra kept me on the phone for an hour and a half, asking all kinds of medically sensitive questions and feigning interest. She stacked lie on top of lie, coated everything in empty promises but the fact is we never heard from her again. I called, I emailed, I begged her to follow up. She never even bothered. After she got all the information out of us she disappeared. I have no idea what she’s doing with the information she’s storing but it certainly isn’t to help anybody. Apparently this is a trend with her. Do not trust this data thief!
