Absolutely horrible insurance company. I regret paying hundreds for 15 YEARS. My recent claim was an absolute nightmare. I was treated with no respect. Adjuster was so unprofessional. She never showed up for our appointment, didn’t even communicate, took a month to write up my quote, and never answered phone calls. After a miniscule check, I questioned my agent. He took months to respond and when he did finally did, he had an attitude. So disgusted.
