I called in for help from “Your Health Idaho” and Jason Downing answered and was patient and helpful. He took the time to look for plans that fit my needs, and emailed me again after we had decided on a plan because he had kept looking and found a better one.

I’ve had a really frustrating time navigating insurance, and very very few people have been willing to put in the time and find answers for me. Jason is one of them.

I have recommended calling Insurance Services of Idaho for help with getting a marketplace plan to several people because of him.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Their rates are cheap but you will pay it 5x over as soon as you have issues. I’ve been trying to stop business with them for over a year, and despite confirming over email that my policies are cancelled they keep debiting my escrow accounts and renewing policies. I’m now paying for 2 policies on multiple properties. They have also been “sending me a check” to reimburse me for over 6 months. The amount of frustration you will experience as their client is not worth getting free insurance. Cannot advise strongly enough to avoid doing business with this company.

I had the General Manager, Brian Downing help me with my commercial property. It was established month‘s in advance that we had to renew with a different company since my building was between tenants. Two weeks prior to my policy being cancelled I tried to get ahold of Brian to shop other services. A few days prior to the policy being cancelled I reached out again, and his assistant informed me that they couldn’t renew a policy.
I only found this out because I called multiple times. Do not hire this company.
