Where do I start? We changed insurance companies because State Farm just got too expensive. Rene found us a new company that was “just as good” and actually did save us a good amount. However, Grange Insurance can not get their **** together. They had problems with the Direct withdraw. After fighting with them for months…it started working. Well then it stopped again. Come to find out, Rene had been calling my payment in with my bank account info every month, sometimes late even. I was paying late fees, and not getting the credit for actually doing the direct withdraw. Then Rene went to work for Grange and just stopped paying it altogether. By the time I figured out (by talking to my bank) i had over paid almost 100 bucks. The real problem was that the policy had my partners name first, but my bank account was used, so my bank (doing the right thing) saw his name, but it was my account, so they tagged it as fraudulent. After months, it was finally fixed….I thought. Nope today I find out that my account was taken off of direct withdraw AGAIN, all because Grange and Integrity insurance group can not get their **** together!!! If you are thinking about using either company….Please for the love of God, reconsider!!!! Oh AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMNED PHONES!!!

I’ve spoken with Arely in regards to my homeowners policy that has been running for over a year and change on our home we sold back in 2020. I’ve signed the release document to have said policy cancelled, and I’m still being billed. I haven’t heard back since our last email with Arely from 02/08/22 in regards to said cancelation and refund either. The customer service at this point is non-existant. When you call, no answer. When you leave a voicemail, no return back. Phone logs and emails are readily available for proof.

I wanted to add and take off a car on my current insurance policy. I spoke with an agent name Wendy B. It took her 4 days to return my call and after we spoke it took another 5 days for her to respond. When I did finally talk to her she was very unprofessional. I often called the office and no one would answer the phone. I also left messages on the main line and with Wendy with out receiving a phone call back. This is the worse service I have experienced in my life. I would not waste my time with such unprofessional service.
