New car and told / had one rate, then it changed (3x the amount) the next month. On top of that, my old car was insured as well.

I have been calling, texting, in app messaging, voicemailing, even going to the location, AND CAN NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. So I got new insurance…. Jared sent my bill to collections, and I have been trying to get ahold of him this whole week, no luck still. I’ve been to his office 2x this week with no answer (Noone in the office) also.

I would not use him.
