Poor customer service. Poor communication. Still waiting for reimbursement after two weeks of canceling of policy. To be informed will have two wait an additional two weeks to receive refund. Staff is very unprofessional. Requested to speak to manager no response from a manger. I would not recommend this State Farm agent to anyone.

Update: Due to error done by this insurance provider resulted in a suspension on my registration for lapse of coverage and whatever further penalties that will come.

Management was supposed to follow up with me once the case was reviewed to make the correct adjustments. Unfortunately for me this never happened and no follow up response and we are now in December.

State farm, please do NOT contact me. I will not remove or change my review as requested prior! People should know the good, the bad and the ugly. Thank you.
