Spoke with agent via phone. It seems she is only there to sign you up and collect her income. She lacks the capability for direction and help when a client needs it. Her response is you do, you do, you do. Not how can I be of service, what can I do for you, how can I help you? .
Then when confronted with questions she resorts to “all you’ve done is yell at me.” When what I did was tell her that I need help and that I could not get any response from headquarters. My fear is this is an insurance company until it comes to submitting a claim and collecting, then there are hoops and cryptic antics. This is shameful I expect a company to help not put obstacles in my way and also the company to be understanding especially when the result is death. I would expect the company to find a way and not deliver ‘NO’ as an answer. Of course by the time you cash in the result for all intents and purposes is death and they expect you to not file when they should be there to help. Get out or make sure there are answers for you ahead of that time.
