I called NGM to get a quote and they transferred me to this agent. The must not have told the woman on the phone they were transferring a potential client over because as soon as i said hello she started yelling ” LOOK LADY IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR A MINUTE AND A HALF WHAT DO YOU WANT” and I just hung up and called another agency. Very rude Ill never even consider this place again.
