I first selected American Family as my insurer for my auto, home, RV and umbrella policies because the premiums were fair and reasonable.
At renewal time however, and without my having any tickets, accident or claims, my premiums went up approximately thirty five percent. This happened without my receivingh any forewarning by or contact from Jeffery VanDam or his office. When I contacted Jeffery VanDam to inquire why there was such a steep increase in premiums I was told it the insurance company’s overhead costs went up, that it was the cost of doing business. Very Poor service and generic response to my query that failed to explain the grossly excessive increase in premiums.
I will not be doing any further, future business with Jeffery VanDam.
