Originally I left a 1 star review due to a bad encounter with Jennifers office. However, after doing so, Jennifer was able to reach out which led to a positive conversation. Jennifer took accountability and didn’t try to place the blame on anyone else. Jennifer is a busy woman and that sometimes pulls her in many directions, but if you’re patient with her, you won’t regret it. I plan to utilize her office and her resources many times in the future.

Jennifer has been great from the start!! I met with her as a college student getting ready to graduate with absolutely no knowledge about how to go about car or renters insurance. She helped explain everything along the way.
