They are growing rapidly, so sometimes there may be a slight wait, but the staff is friendly and welcoming, acknowledging you and making you feel heard and seen.
The main person leading the team is Joel—phenomenal—and his managers—Carla and Cedric—are excellent in their roles.

The one call that actually answered was clearly working from home with the kids loudly playing in the background. 💯 for her managing her situation. But no follow up. No information. No courtesy call back. Definitely do not recommend. They do not care. At all.
