I was there monday October 1st at 9:00 waiting in the parking lot for these guys to open.Upon them opening up I walked in and took a seat to the left 2 other clients were on the right.Somehow she was waited for before me.I spoke up and said something about it and Jim Rhye was VERY rude telling me to have a seat and someone will be with me laughing sarcastically as if he was trying to provoke me into taking my buisness else where.Not to mention he is NOT FRIENDLY NOR WELCOMING AT ALL EVER!To add insult to Injury his colleague took it upon herself to insert herslf by stating it was to early.Disregarding the fact I had been waiting 30 minutes before they even opened..Thanks to Jim you guys lost a client you had over some odd years!The colleague as well.

Very helpful staff. They can get busy in the office but they are usually very prompt and friendly. First come, first served. They exhaust all options when helping with insurance. In my opinion they are very honest about the companies, the pricing, and coverage. I worked with them in the past and they had great deals, definitely better than the quotes I was getting. Would use again if needed.
