The company starts out with better rates then others. Once the first renewal is up, there seems to be “unseen changes” that incresses the policy and monthy payment without notice. It seems harder than average to get ahold of someone. They can also have poor comunication skills when there is an issue with the policy that could lead to cancelation. I had them before ran into this issue and left. When I bought my second home I gave them a second chance and seems like we are repeating the same process.
