I should have listen to the reviews on here. I called Sean to get a quote and he gave me his pretentious response that he doesn’t like to waste people’s time, if he can help, he would be straight forward and he doesn’t need new business as HE’S a TOP 5% Agent …. so basically he’s somewhat doing me a favor. Regardless of the red flags I did ask him for a quote. After 2 weeks of no response, I reached back out to him twice and finally got a response back that we should talk on the phone. In all honesty, I wasn’t able to respond the same day but got back to him the next day and he responded back “let’s talk at 5pm” so I assumed he would call me. I was wrong, he never called. I reached back out to him the next day and asked if I should call him. And he responds with “all good” but nothing else, not even an answer of if I need to call him or if he would call me. He then continued to ask me the same questions about my current coverage which I provided him in an email the first time we spoke. It has now been one month. I can’t speak on how he is at his whole job because I never got past trying to get a quote but if the initial encounter was an indictor of how highly he sees himself and his time, I would advise steer far away from this guy. I get it, he has decent initial soft skills from being a sales guy but it’s all talk. He has enough clients so he does not need your business.

Been with them for 5+ years and they have gone downhill considerably. Got in an accident recently which wasn’t my fault yet still I’m the one paying out of pocket due to their negligence. My rates went up about 30% the past year for reasons unknown to me. Can’t wait to switch providers

Had insurance here for almost 7 years, home, auto & boat. Had to change due to significant savings and the owner was very rude! He would not respond or call me back! Very uncalled for behavior! How can you run a business like that?! Every few years your to get new quotes but I will NEVER call him back nor recommend!

I called for one type of insurance and the agent asked several questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. After hearing the details he asked about another type of coverage that I had never heard of. I googled it after our conversation and realized that he helped me protect myself and my business from a potential catastrophe! I called back to say yes to his suggestion. He did not sell that particular product but helped put me in touch with someone who did. That is what I call SUPER service!

They must have lots of customers and don’t need new ones. I called for rates, sent everything they asked for, a week later I called to follow up, Sean texted me he would call me, never did. Don’t waste your time, go to a company that actually wants your business.
