My mom and I switched our policy to State Farm / Julie back during Covid at the recommendation of our neighbor at the time because American Family was going to RAISE our rates by $200 while everyone else was lowering or doing what they could for their policy holders. Not only did Julie get us a lower rate than what we were paying before the increase, but her team continuously beats the competition (I shop rates every now and then).
I recommend everyone to Julie & team not just for the best prices and knowledge, but for the amazing customer service as well via in person, over the phone, text and email. Everyone is great – and handles my ever changing multi-vehicle policy with ease 🙂
