Kassie is a very friendly, kind, smart, caring professional insurance agent. She’s also a good listener who will give you advice and prompt service. She has a very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable staff who are also very helpful.

I have been with Kassie and her incomparable Allstate team since moving here 3 years ago. In all the years of insurance, all the companies, policies, agents, etc. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Kassie and her team are the very best in the business.

They will work hard, be diligent and leave no stone unturned to find you the best deal possible, give you the insurance you need and ensure you are taken care of. The Kennaugh team treats you like family, makes sure you feel heard and understood and will work around all the restrictions, alerts, policies, rate changes and industry-wide trends to find a way to be there for you.

I signed up for All-State on 6/10 and I was honest with them about my dui back in 2017 and Kassie kennaugh said everything is fine and pushed the policy through. I get on the app and it shows they are canceling my policy on 7/10 because of that. I called and talked to Sarah and she says oh well after we accept the policy we send it to an underwriter or something like that and they are saying we can’t insure you. I never received a phone call, email, or anything in mail. I double checked all my info is correct and nothing. I ask how can they push a policy through and then just cancel when I told them about my driving record and said the F word once and she says Im going to hang up. I did not direct it towards her. I am upset and don’t understand and she could not give me a explanation when I ask how they can do this. It doesn’t make sense. I’ll gladly go threw someone else but I just wish I never switched to All-State. They just push policies through with out telling you they might cancel you. 😞 I get I shouldn’t have said a bad word. But when the Sarah lady can’t explain why they accepted me and then denied me after I already told them I have a dui from 2017 and the Kassie lady tells me that’s fine it just doesn’t make sense. They say they go back 5 years but my dui was 7 years ago it doesn’t make sense. I have a license and an Sr 22 I told Kassie all of this. Be careful when getting insurance though them. I definitely DO NOT recommend going through them. Find a better insurance company. So disappointing 😞
