Worst staff ever here! My vehicle claim has cost me so much money even though I have full coverage. they ended up falsifying estimates and adjusted clear damage of claims to nothing. I pay a ridiculous amount for full coverage, but it seems like they don’t want to cover anything. Would not recommend this unprofessional and rude establishment to my mother’s worst enemy!

State Farm Kenneth James office is the absolute the best. I have been with this office since 2016. Lizz has been my point of contact since day one. Lizz is extremely helpful, informative, kind, professional and understanding. She has always been there for me for any questions or concerns and always looking for ways to help me save money.
