Working for a car dealership and trying to get proof of insurance on a mutual customer. The customer needs them to provide the correct proof to us so his loan package can be complete and Korotkin just will not follow through with the assistance typically provided by any other insurance company. They promise to email and to fax and then don’t return phone calls. It has been 2 week now and still no insurance provided on their part. I would not recommend them the few times I have spoke to them (when they answer) of course because they don’t call back they are always rude and seem to be inconvenienced.
