The dealership found a bunch of mice had nested under my hood and destroyed my engine and surrounding electrical lines. Stranded and desperately seeking a resolution, Pamela in Kim Forsyth’s office came to my rescue. Assistant ing me with filing the claim and getting a rent a car.
