I love how they both treat you like family.
Very helpful and hard workers, sometimes the wait is long they get busy but i wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not enough great words to say about them❤️

If I could I would put a 0 star for how bad my experience was. I called to get a quote and they took the information said they would call back in 15-20 minutes the didn’t so hours later I call them to find out how much it is and it just continously rings and then when they do pick up it’s bubble rap over the phone or them dialing numbers before hanging up on me they did this 9 freaking times!!!

One of the cheapest options for insurance I have found. However I do wish that they had explained before my bill was due that I could call the number directly to the insurance company that they provide that ISNT knights. I also wish that they had a voicemail system in place so that if they miss your call they’d be better able to document and call customers back.
