I’ve been with them for 5+ years now and while rates have gone up quite a bit in that time I know that’s not unusual as it’s across the board and I do appreciate all the discounts they’ve been able to provide keeping my rates and deductibles lower than competitors. I also have appreciated that they’ve responded to calls and emails the same day every time I’ve reached out to their office, and even reached out to me to see if there’s anything they can help with and Kyle has gone through my policies on the phone with me personally. I would recommend this office.. their rates are competitive and customer service has been great!

I have been with this agency for more than 7 years without any claims. They have all of my policies, Home, auto, umbrella, motos etc. When I called about a potential claim on my home with water damage during the recent inclement weather I was told that if I made a claim my rates would go up and there was a $500.00 deductible. It turns out that my policy had claim forgiveness and no deductible but the person at the agency had insisted otherwise when asked directly on two separate calls. Also the rates have been steadily increasing disproportionately to the market, despite no claims, no tickets, excellent credit score etc. I pay over $4900.00 a year in policies to this agent currently and the customer service beyond the sale of the policies is an afterthought…

Kyle’s office took over from my long-term agent and has done a terrific job. they have been proactive in getting me a good earthquake policy. All my policies are now with them.

Allstate has elected to discontinue their rewards program for safe, driving. In the past, we were able to gain points for safe, driving that intern lowered, our car premium. When asked about this, they said the program wasn’t that popular, I can’t believe that, and for that reason, we will not be renewing with Allstate again.
