Been a customer for 4 and 1/2 years now. Seth my agent goes above and beyond. He answers the phone, returns phone calls if he’s out of the office, and has been more than willing to help with any questions or concerns. I pay a little more to have insurance here and it’s worth every penny. Customer service is exceptional.

So apparently I was suppose to GO online and opt out of some paper bill! The sails man did not tell me that and now I ow the 16.00 more after I paid my policy for 6 months! It went from 700 dollars to 1200 from the first time and now they want to put 16 dollars more because I didn’t go online and accept some terms! I will be shopping around and I suggest u do to! Scammers never win and LA insurance has some not so smart people working for them at this moment. The other women was great but now there some men in there they don’t care! When I explain to them once I gave u 1200 dollars I should NOT have had to do anything else! PLUSE you didn’t even tell me! Horrible customer service and the guy there is a horrible representatives! It was his mistake but then he tells me to call them ! We pay enough money! Why should I have to go outline and do more work after I GAVE u my money! Horrible horrible horrible ! I definitely will not use LA insurance or progressive! They are SCAMMERS !!! BE CAREFUL I believe his name was Seth! Won’t be back Seth!
