Very bad customer service. Asked for them to cancel my police due to selling my auto. They decided not to process the request. Nor attempted to help with their mistake.
This cost me an extra month worth of insurance.

Simple yes if I can give them 10 negative Stars I will I don’t know why they have so much angry women working in this office I guess they’re not getting laid at home they are really mad no matter how happy your attitude is when you get there 100% these ladies that will make sure you have a bad day I don’t know what’s going on with this place when you have the chance to talk to the owner is way different they need to do something about that anger problem in this place for sure if they want to keep taking money from people in the end of the day we pay you salary we need better treatment customer is first.
