Loya Insurance Company Customer Reviews:

They have decent rates.
They were completely silent and went on a hiatus when I was T- boned by an at fault driver. I was assigned a claims adjuster who was 100% unreachable. I called and called and called and called and called and…..I think you get the picture. No communication except an email advising that I have an adjuster. I’m currently searching other options.

A Driver of one of their vehicles ran a stop sign on Roswell road by chick fil A and almost hit my car. That is a terrible look for their business! you are an insurance company! I called to inform them about the driver and the manager said okay as if she did not care. You could hear in her tone that she does not have any customer service skills. I wasn’t asking for anything other than to be ensured that the driver does not do that to anyone else. I could name drop the young lady that I spoke with but I won’t do that since we are living in such hard times with the pandemic. I would recommend finding a company that actually follow the rules of the road because that driver sure did not. On top of that, they definitely do not care about your concerns. Proceed at your own risk.

This is by far the worst car insurance company that can and possibly exist. they have a horrible representative half of them do not know word of what they are talking about when it comes to coverage. And even if a representative tells you they assure you your payment will come out on a certain of the month it’ll come out five days in advance . And from my knowledge anytime a representative rights and initials overtime and a contract that term is voided due to the new agreement that is made between the client and the representative . I swear all of their managers have to be college dropouts. In reference to my car accident my lawyer luckily came through for me in my favor but no thanks to Fred loya . he advised me to immediately drop their coverage they are a no name unrecognized insurance company. I am now with American family insurance located in Roz well Georgia and they are nationally recognized and known and I pay $88 for minimum and uninsured motorist coverage, roadside assistance and towing !!! Fred Loya I paid $144 for the bare minimum and they’re towing that you still have to pay for and wait about three months for a refund and they only refund you a maximum of $50

Very inexpensive. Prices you can’t beat. Staff is always very personable. Naomi has always been super polite and remembers my name. Naomi really makes the company feel like a neighborhood, very comfortable.

I work for a dealership and my customer just needed them to send over proof of insurance so that my customer could take home their new car and it seems the young lady we spoke with was getting frustrated with us because her manager wasn’t available to send it over. Keep in mind THEY TOOK THE PAYMENT OFF THE CARD ALREADY but can’t send over proof of insurance… Why would you be taking payments on insurance if you can’t send proof of the insurance? Poor poor poor customer service I will never refer another customer to this company.
