It’s a shame, for years I paid their price increases without questioning, because in my accident they paid for my car after writing it off completely (I don’t think it was but they decided it was). The worst thing is that they took my wife out pregnant on the policy after she was hit with two children inside the car. They waited a couple of weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. They are not interested in anything more than taking money from you.

After over a MONTH of waiting for a letter to change my policy, I received a letter stating that our policy was canceled. Suffice to say, I freaked out. I immediately called GEICO and an amazing lady named Tara was so helpful and directed me to come here. Jerome was AMAZING, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, and the consummate PROFESSIONAL. He uploaded the form and is mailing the hard copy out too and is on the phone with GEICO customer service to ensure that they received the form. Go see Jerome to get that EXTRA customer service!!!
