Worst insurance company ever!!! This employee/owner Leslie Marufo allowed our homeowners policy to lapse for two months with no communication at all and thus being canceled. We only found out from our mortgage company contacting us, that we were no longer insured. I was with Farmers for 20+ years and this poor company is sending me running back. I see why this company has rebranded their name so many times, trying to hide how horrible they are.

The fact that this terrible misconduct to business ethics, all resulted from a personal issue is truly disgusting- SHAME ON YOU, MAIN ST AUTO SALES & INSURANCE. This insurance company should not be allowed to operate business anywhere on anyone’s behalf.

I will be taking my policies elsewhere and have reported this poor company to the Better Business Bureau, Arizona Department of Insurance/Financial Services, Arizona Business Commerce Licensing Department, and shared on every social media platform.

Even the company’s response speaks volumes to their poor business practices. I can only imagine how many others they have screwed over. Giving out personal details, threating to cancel me because I shared my poor experience, and just a complete and total lack of regard to fix the issue that they failed to prevent. An agent should be there for you!!!!

Anyone shopping for insurance should shop elsewhere. Worst insurance company, horrible people, and all around bad business!
