It is absolutely appalling to me that this office has anything other than a 5 star rating when the agent I worked with, Michele, was so incredibly phenomenal. Not only did she obliterate my car insurance payment, but she also helped me obtain two additional services for half of what I was paying with my other insurance provider. Due to her professionalism, and ability to change my perception of insurance agents, not only will I be contacting this office again for all of my insurance needs, I will also be refering them to everyone I know. I implore you to give her a call. You won’t regret it.

Due to a misunderstanding on our homeowner’s insurance policy, it was cancelled. KeiKei Hartfield worked with us to get it re-established. She worked miracles and within a few days we again had insurance coverage. If you ever have a problem with your insurance do not hesitate to contact her. She is very easy to work work with and has a great personality.

Statefarm don’t care about nothing but money don’t try to help with nothing we put on a new roof my wife brought he information in gave to REMY instead of her doing her job no she didn’t then citizens insurance dropped us at that time we was paying $4300 then Florida Peninsula insurance told us our insurance would. Be $5300 we was upset then they went up to $5700 our insurance paid that amount peninsula with there nasty greedy self revived the check in August paid in full A swing around the corner again and went up again to $6571 ask our insurance company for more money Statefarm knows all about this they just sit and play stupid play dumb don’t call a say nothing because these insurance companies pays them very well to do this to us customers I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in Florida. Stay away
