I just returned from a long awaited vacation and wanted to share my story. I travelled from Massachusetts to Western Ohio for a classic car event. I loaded my car onto my trailer and off I went. I prefer to travel at night because there is less traffic so I began my journey at 7PM. Each time I stopped to refuel, I would check the straps holding my car on the trailer to ensure the vehicle was safely attached to the trailer. One thing I never expected was to come around the back of the trailer at 2AM and find that my license plate had broken off and was lost somewhere on the highway! At 9AM, I called the Manero Insurance Agency and asked what to do as I was concerned about travelling back home without a plate on my trailer. Nick Manero answered my call. After he made some calls and did some internet searches, Nick selflessly left his office, headed to the Mass Registry and got me a new plate. Nick then went to the USPS and overnighted me the new plate and registration to the hotel where I was staying so I could safely travel back to Massachusetts. Nick used his own money to pay for the registration and the overnight mail constantly assuring me that it was not a problem and that my safe travels were his main concern and that we could square up once I returned.
I am so grateful to have Nick and the rest of the Manero Insurance Agency in my corner. You never expect to have a problem arise while you are travelling but it’s nice to know that if something does occur, you have some pretty awesome people who will go out of their way to help you.

Buying a new motorcycle and being as impatient as a kid on Christmas eve, I needed this bike on the road ASAP. As my insurance agent, Manero Insurance made it their first priority to work with me to create the necessary documents and get them to the correct places without delay. My agent offered to make the trip to the registry for me, and what really surprised me is when I said I could make the trip myself, he offered to drive out and meet me halfway to stamp my RMV-1! Go with the local agent.
