Within minutes of walking in the door, I was pleased to find not only a person, but an agency willing to work with me. Despite a few minor “challenges” that required more than just “data gathering,” not once was a met with the feeling that I was an inconvenience or nuisance – overwhelming when I approached my CURRENT AGENCY. Because my (now) former agency handled a homeowner’s claim expeditiously and with the urgency it required, I will refrain from using their name. However, to be met with indifference and a “ho-hum” attitude regarding vehicle insurance was extremely disappointing. Allstate (specifically “Mo” treated me with expediency, respect, and most of all – BETTER PRICING!
