Not very helpful. Travelers Insurance is their largest insurance company and all McGriff can do is take payments. You need to make another phone call to Travelers to have any questions answered. Of course when policy was purchased, this was not mentioned.

Compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. The agents who I have interacted with, by phone and email, have all been great. The only issue is how many tedious, preliminary questions you have to answer before reaching a particular individual or getting started on the reason for your call.

I wouldn’t give this company ANY stars if it was an option. I made a policy change over a month ago…I get an email from Progressive and the payment amount was the same. I called and spoke to customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do about it since it was a month ago….HUH!!!!! It was your MISTAKE…complete blunder and they do not CARE. I would advise anyone dealing with this company to switch ASAP. Complete dereliction of duty on their part. The consumer ALWAYS pays for a company’s mistake…I’ll take my business somewhere else!!

Worst experience ever the one time in my life I had needed a claim filed–seems they wrote enough coverage to cover the BB&T mortgage, but not the other $50k+ value of the home–nearly destroyed by Hurricane Florence. My suggestion? Go to another company as fast as you can….
