This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Their insured drunk driver hit our parked car over a month ago and we still haven’t heard back from them. I can’t reach anyone on the phone. I have never heard back from the supervisor Andrew Peralta and even left messages for the director Cynthia. No Response. I filed a complaint with the State of Colorado Insurance Commissioner last week.

Too bad you can’t do zero stars. This place is RIDICULOUS. One of their customers hit our truck while he was drunk and driving. Thankfully wasn’t too bad of a hit. But, Mendota would have us on hold for 15-20 minutes and then get sent to a voicemail box that no one ever answers. We had to file a claim through our insurance and we are just hoping they are able to get farther than us.

This company should literally not be able to insure people they customer service is terrible they don’t return any calls and it takes forever to get connected to someone. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks about a rental reimbursement that they promised would be sent right away once getting a receipt for rental. I have been directed to so many dead ends with this company trying to be compensated and yet haven’t gotten anywhere with getting my money this company is scamming people out of there money. This is very unethical while I shouldn’t have even paid out of pocket for a rental when their insurer is the one that hit my CAR also in fine print they don’t cover underage fee for rentals. When that fee is for anyone under 25 so how is that fee on US when YOUR insurer HIT MY CAR there is no logic.

Barely answers the phone, and when they do, they always say something is wrong with there computer they’ll have Kevin call you back. Kevin never calls back, rates go up, and no clue why, they say it’s just the company.

I’m not the type to leave reviews for small things but this I had to do. Worst experience ever! They never answer, call, message nothing. I’ve been trying to finish my case and get paid for my total loss vehicle but they just don’t care. NEVER RETURN THE CALLS!
